Metal siding there are two subspecies - from steel and aluminum. Aluminum siding is easier than steel, but heavier than vinyl. When building a building, which can be subject to mechanical damage, it is preferable to use metal siding, it will not collapse from a strong blow, in the worst case there may be a dent. Vinil is less durable material, which is able to withstand only small blows, with strong it cracks.
