High price, beautiful label and elegant bottle are not convincing signs of wine quality. Probably, first it is worth considering the classification of quiet wines, in which there is no carbon dioxide. These wines are divided into three categories: flavored, fortified, dining rooms. Half -sweet, half -dry and dry wine are attributed to table. Dry wine turns out when the “leisure” is fermented, more simply, the grape yeast is “absorbed” all the sugar, which is in grapes. Half -sweet wine (sugar 8%) and semi -dry wine (sugar 2.5%) is obtained as a result of preservation of natural sugar, for which fermentation is abruptly interrupted, which is achieved by a change in temperature.
