However, a week later the situation was completely normalized. According to the new rules, car carriers should give additional guarantees for the payment of customs duties in the event of a “loss” of cargo. However, the FCS conducts an experiment that will make it possible to work stable and large Russian carriers without such security measures if Russia is the final destination of the cargo.
