The flupery rail is a bar with spikes of a special type, which is nailed along the walls around the entire perimeter of the covered room. To cover the carpet, using a special “paw” (kicer), the coating canvas is pulled under the spikes of the flupery rack. The remains of the material, which is usually taken with a margin on uneven walls, are cut under the bar after stretching using any improvised cutting tool such as for example, a cutter or scissors.
