Decorative paints, plaster and techniques with which you can work.
The easiest option.
Certain paints and plasters are applied in a standard way, but still give a deliberately defined textured surface. For example, a paint for a chalk board creates a wall in the format of a schoolboard, and a decorative coating to create the effect of velor creates a wall similar to a velvet canvas. You do not need to additionally study different application techniques to work with such materials.
