Overhaul usually provides for the tuning of the load -bearing walls, as well as redevelopment and all capital operations. In this case, the redevelopment must be agreed with the housing inspection. Inadmissible repairs are redevelopment and disassembly. This is never done in any case, because the consequences can be unpredictable and in this case the inspection will not issue.
