Related chlorine (CC, Combined Chlorine). This chlorine is actively fighting algae and bacteria. When the pool smells of chlorine (public pools, for example), you actually feel the smell of bound chlorine, not active. The amount of bound chlorine is more than 0.5 indicates problems.
