Not everyone does it right away, but everyone is striving. Everyone longs to get at least some, but a foreign car of the German, American, French, Japanese, Chinese (!) and even (there are such perverts!) Russian production. About 10 years ago, when I studied, I was the same in the driving schools both adults and young. And even the elderly came. Now - times have changed, and, they say, young people are handing over to rights more. Even, I would say, very young: 17.18 years.
